Stephanie Douglas

Soiree Owner and Senior Event Consultant, Stephanie Douglas, learned the business managing corporate event programming for a quickly-growing global corporation.  In 2001, she launched Soiree to expand her event planning knowledge and experience to a wide variety of clients and situations.  Over the years, Stephanie has developed a growing yet manageable list of loyal clients.  She has produced events including annual sales meetings, executive strategy conferences, incentive trips, board functions, social events and family business programming.  Groups have ranged in size from 10 to 1,500 attendees.

Our success is built on listening to, collaborating with, and designing for some of the most successful people, companies and brands in the world.  Soiree is not a “supermarket” firm, but a smaller agency focusing on a limited number of ongoing clients at any given time.  We offer high-touch service and attention, with individualized – as opposed to off-the-shelf solutions – for your event.  Soiree can draw upon a bench of expert partners in key areas from technology to foodservice to assure you receive any specialized services you need, and don’t pay for the ones you don’t.
